It is quick and easy to make cheer cuffs with double-sided, one piece material.  The material adheres to itself, so there is no need for sewing a double layer.  You can press your vinyl, fabric or rhinestones right to the soft side.  Includes 1 foot of material (12 inches).  This is enough to make two, six inch cuffs.
